What data we process

The first and last name, email address, company or agency name and any information in your message that you send through the contact form. Even if you do not use the form, our hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs such as IP addresses so the site can run.

Why and on what legal basis

We use your data to respond to your request, talk with you about your project and prepare a proposal. The legal bases are that processing is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Who receives your data

Form messages reach us by email through a form service (Web3Forms), and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. As these services run servers outside Türkiye, submitting the form transfers your data abroad. This transfer is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you request, such as discussing your project and preparing a proposal (KVKK Art. 9/6-b). We do not share your data with anyone else and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

If your request does not lead to a working relationship, we keep your data for no longer than 2 years after the request is concluded. If it does, we keep it for the periods required by applicable law, such as the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation. When the period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, ask for deletion or destruction, ask that these steps be notified to recipients, object to outcomes of automated analysis against you, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
